高木康政，生于1966年。后进入辻制菓专门学校学习，因成绩优异，被推荐至位于法国里昂的一所法国学校留学。后回国，先后在“Malmaison餐厅”、“西洋饭店”参与过研修，1991年他再度赴法。曾在法国、比利时、卢森堡等多个国家的著名餐厅、糕点店工作过3年，以此积累了较丰富的海外工作经验。1992年夺得世界上最具权威的糕点制作大赛“美食ARPAJON”的冠军，成为史上年纪最小的日本获奖者。1993年获“Charles Proust大赛”第三名。1994年回国，先后在东京日比谷的“LES SAVEURS餐厅”和“BONTIQUE LES SAVEURS”担任糕点师。2002年他开设了一家名为“LE CHOCOLATIER TADAGI”的店，主营巧克力制品。200年在涉谷外苑开设“LA MAISON DU TAKAGI”，提供咖啡和酒水服务。他也经常出现在电视和杂志上。
