1989,Chef Perruchon founded the Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil School together with with G.J Bellouet (Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF)) in order to improve the skills of professionals
1993,he obtained the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF)
曾在很多著名的甜点店中任职如:Fauchon、Lenôtre、Constant和La Maison du Chocolat
在甜点的职业道路上Jean-Michel Perruchon创作了很多国际公认的美食书籍,并多次获得美食比赛冠军的荣誉如:Le Vase de Sèvres (which is awarded by the French president himself in Arpajon) and the Charles Proust Cup

Christophe Morel
Christophe Morel出生于糕点世家,他的天赋加上他对巧克力的热情,使他在强人如林的甜点界中很快崭露头角,如今Chef Morel的作品依然让人们看的眼花缭乱。
Chef Morel 曾获得过众多的荣誉比如:the Grand Prix Canadien de la Chocolaterie in 2003 and the 2005 Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie in Lyon.
