the US, Italy, Japan, Egypt and the UK. Alexandre has expertise particularly in pastry and desserts.
Belgian truffle is obviously a classic in Belgium. I decide to revisit this in a new CW mould that gives the shape of a
star nozzle. It makes a new modern shape.
This mould can be used as well single for fine tasting or double to have a star shape.
