With the Pavogel mold you can make ice cream pops on a stick.
The stick (50 included) is inserted (under the ice cream cavity) in a slot whose
section (integrated with the mold) is hinged. The two parts that connect at the hinge
fit together by projections in one part and holes in the other.
The hinge makes it both easy and hygienic to get out the ice cream: easy because the
entire ice cream--with the stick--can be lifted straight out, and hygienic because you
take out the ice cream by the stick and keep it away from your fingers.
Step-by-step use of the Pavogel mold
1.Fill the Pavogel cavities with the liquid ices or not-yet-frozen ice cream.
2.Slip each stick in its slot.
3.Spread the ice cream smooth with a spatula
4.Leave the mold with the ice cream in a blast chiller for 90 minutes.
5.Expose the sticks by opening the hinged compartment, then take out the ice cream by the sticks.
Each cavity of the Cupcake Pavogel mold 2 inch x 2-3/4 inch x 7/8 inch high (50mm x 70mm x 22mm high).
Volume each cavity 1.4 oz (40ml).
Overall size of mold 4-5/16 inch x 7-5/8 inch x 13/16 inch high (110mm x 94mm x 22mm high).
Each wooden stick 3/8 inch x 2-15/16 inch (10mm x 75mm).
