The Pavogel mold is the easiest and cleanest way to form ice cream pops on a stick.
The stick (50 included) is inserted (under the ice cream cavity) in a slot whose
section (part of the mold) has a hinge (also part of the mold). The hinged parts
are held together by protuberances in one part and holes in the other.
The hinge makes removing the ice cream or ices both easy and sanitary, since the
ice cream--once the hinged parts are pulled apart--is unobstructed, letting you lift
the ice cream out by the stick and leave the food untouched.
Pavogel mold use
1.Fill the Pavogel cavities with the liquid ices or not-yet-frozen ice cream.
2.Insert each wooden stick in its slot.
3.Even out the ice cream.
4.Stick the mold with the ices / ice cream in a blast chiller and freeze for 90 minutes.
5.Open the hinge and take out the dessert by the stick.
Each cavity of the Linear Pavogel mold 1 inch x 2-3/8 inch x 7/8 inch high (25mm x 60mm x 22mm high).
Volume each cavity 0.7 oz (20ml).
Overall size of mold 4-5/16 inch x 7-9/16 inch x 7/8 inch high (110mm x 192mm x 22mm high).
Each wooden stick 3/8 inch x 2-15/16 inch (10mm x 75mm).
