The Pavogel mold is made for molding ice cream on a stick.
The stick (50 included) is inserted (under the ice cream cavity) in a slot whose
compartment (integrated with the mold) has a hinge. The two parts joined at the hinge
fit together by nubs in one part and holes in the other.
The advantage of the hinge is it lets you take the ice cream out by the stick so you
don't touch the ice cream. If you put in the ice cream clean, it stays clean.
How to work with Pavogel
1.With a bag or funnel, fill the Pavogel cavities.
2.Slide each stick in its slot.
3.Even out the ice cream.
4.Freeze for 90 minutes in a blast chiller.
5.Flip the hinge open and take the ice cream out by the stick.
Each cavity of the Malibu Pavogel mold 1-9/16 inch x 2-13/16 inch x 13/16 inch high (40mm x 72mm x 21mm high).
Volume each cavity 1.2 oz (35ml).
Overall size of mold 4-3/8 inch x 7-5/8 inch x 7/8 inch high (111mm x 194mm x 23mm high).
Each wooden stick 3/8 inch x 2-15/16 inch (10mm x 75mm).
